Conscious Movement™ is a unique and powerful combination of mind body work, alignment teaching, yoga, Alexander technique and empowerment coaching.

If you practice Conscious Movement™ you will experience mind-body alignment and immediately feel lighter, stronger, more confident, centred and calm.

I teach it as one simple, natural movement that anybody can learn. Anybody who has a body. You don't have to be fit or strong or flexible.

The theory behind Conscious Movement™

There is an innate intelligence within each one of us. And that innate intelligence is the source of our potential..

What is the innate intelligence? How is that we decide to take our first breath? What is it that tell us to ‘Breathe Now?'. What is that organises and orchestrates the billions of cells in the human body, the entire complex system that keeps us alive? That is the innate intelligence of the body.

It is what animates us and gives us life

The idea of Conscious Movement™ is that you make contact or align with the innate intelligence of the body.

What we're trying to do with Conscious Movement is to have a relationship with the innate intelligence of the body, to open a channel. To align.

Alignment is an amazing, empowering feeling – it will enhance your experience of being alive and increase performance in whatever you are involved in, whether its banking, ballet, art, business or parenting.

Alignment offers us a place where we can be free of pain even in the midst of pain. It offers us deep insight and awareness. If offers us natural physical grace , skill in action and ease of movement.

Peak experiences happen while we are in a state of alignment with the innate intelligence of the body.
