If you practice Conscious Movement™ you will experience mind-body alignment and immediately feel lighter, stronger, more confident, centred and calm. I teach it as one simple, natural movement that anybody can learn. Anybody who has a body. You don't have to be fit or strong or flexible. I teach Conscious Movement in just one 90 minute session.
