Partner style yoga has been a fundamental method I use and I have recently developed Trust Yoga, incorporating the principles of Conscious Movement to develop our relationships with ourselves and others." In his personalized, one-on-one sessions, Jules Paxton gives some clients a vigorous workout with insight into what he calls Conscious Movement; others are massaged and realigned therapeutically, with a focus on a particular physical ailment still other are instructed in some of the more refined and mysterious workings of the mind and spirit. Much of Jules Paxton's work is shaped by the Iyengar method of yoga and the Alexander Technique for alignment and movement. The true magic, however, comes from his own insights and innovations that have emerged from his study of the body, its anatomy and energy.
